Our Mission
For the largest companies that have generous capital budgets, solutions come more easily through investments in technology, automation, or help from the big consulting companies.
You may not have those options.
Supply chain consultants can be expensive. Even large companies may be faced with the challenge of finding affordable help to address their challenges. Systems often require large investments in licenses and services. Automation requires large outlays of capital.
Through 40 years of working in supply chain execution, it was always apparent to me that companies could all use the same consulting, engineering, software, and technology to solve very similar challenges. The problem so often was the cost, or the knowledge of what to do and where to go.
RC Kennedy Consulting is here to help.
We are a network of supply chain experts in a variety of fields that are dedicated to helping businesses improve their operations and become better positioned for growth. This network includes consultants with decades of experience and with numerous skill sets. These are people who have “been there, done that” and solved problems for the world’s largest logistics companies, pharmaceutical companies, and many other leading corporations across industries.
Our intent is to bring the resources companies need to address whatever challenges they face, whether those challenges are centered around systems, processes, or facility design. RCK has unique capabilities toward helping start-up and breakout companies achieve their growth plans with expertise in marketing, human resources, and strategy.
